i had been going back and forth and back and forth and just wasn't sure if it was going to be something i'd like wearing. i mean...to have any sort of idea of just how little you move, you have to wear it all the time. for example -
the basic goal is to get 10,000 steps a day which equates out to about 4.5 - 5ish miles a day. well, last night at around 9:30 pm as i was watching american ninja warrior with my farmer (because i'm absolutely convinced that if my farmer got on the american ninja warrior course he would absolutely kill it. there really is nothing he can't do.) i realized i only had 7,800 steps! for day two of having the fitbit...i knew i had to get my boo-tay moving. so i did.
see...it's a little motivator. i love it!

also...i'll be posting all about my six week #bikiniseries results tomorrow! i have to admit, i'm pretty disappointed in myself. there are just too many damn opportunities to celebrate or have frozen yogurt or enjoy a beer. so that's that. tomorrow, i'll be back.
